Inclusive Creation
Inclusive Creation is an Oslo-based consultancy focused on inclusive leadership, universal design, and organizational change. Their work sits at the intersection of technology, social innovation, and long-term systems thinking.
The Situation
Inclusive Creation was growing in scope, visibility, and ambition.
Their work had expanded beyond individual projects into programs, partnerships, and international initiatives. The existing digital presence no longer reflected the clarity of their thinking or the direction of their growth.
The challenge was not to redesign a website, but to create a structure that could hold evolving work without losing coherence.
My role
I worked as a long-term strategic and digital partner.
My role spanned positioning, structure, design, and ongoing stewardship of the platform. Rather than treating the website as a static deliverable, we approached it as a system that would need to adapt over time as the organization and its work evolved.
This included shaping how the work was presented, how different initiatives related to one another, and how the platform could support growth without becoming cluttered or performative.
The work
The work unfolded iteratively.
We clarified the underlying narrative of the organization, designed a structure that could accommodate both consulting work and larger initiatives, and built a digital platform designed for longevity rather than novelty.
Over time, the site has evolved alongside the organization, supporting new programs, publications, and collaborations without requiring reinvention at each step.
What changed
The platform became a clearer expression of Inclusive Creation’s work and values.
It supported increased visibility, stronger coherence across initiatives, and a more confident external presence.
Performance improvements followed structure rather than driving it. The focus remained on building something that could hold complexity while remaining understandable.
Outcome
The result is a digital presence that continues to evolve alongside the organization.
It functions less as a marketing surface and more as an anchor for long-term work, partnerships, and public engagement.
