The Situation
As Anthony’s speaking work grew, his ideas needed a clearer and more cohesive digital presence.
The challenge was not promotion, but translation: turning a complex, research-grounded perspective on leadership into a platform that could support speaking engagements, publications, and evolving keynote formats without diluting its message.
The website needed to reflect credibility, clarity, and authenticity — without turning thought leadership into performance.
My Role
I worked as a strategic and digital partner throughout the development of Anthony’s speaking platform.
My role focused on structure, information design, and digital execution — shaping how the keynote, ideas, and materials were presented online while preserving Anthony’s voice and way of speaking.
This was a collaborative process, involving close dialogue, iteration, and alignment between content, design, and intent.
The Work

Together, we built a website that positioned the keynote as a product in its own right, while keeping Anthony’s perspective front and center. The platform was designed to support multiple keynote versions, publications, and future extensions without requiring structural reinvention.
Over time, the site evolved alongside the work — accommodating new talks, a published book, updated references, and growing recognition — while remaining grounded in the same underlying structure.
