Digital infrastructure for Pussmester AS

Fasaderehabilitering Platform

Pussmester AS is a well-established construction company specializing in facade renovation and masonry work. Over time, their ambition expanded beyond a single website into a broader digital presence designed to capture demand across multiple related domains.

The Situation

Pussmester AS owned several strong domain names related to facade renovation and masonry.

The initial ambition was clear: build a digital presence that could attract qualified renovation requests across multiple search intents, from protected buildings to specialized masonry work.

The challenge was not traffic, but trust.

Early versions of the platform attracted visitors, but conversion remained low. The problem wasn’t visibility. It was credibility. Visitors didn’t know who stood behind the sites, or why they should trust them with complex renovation work.

My Role

I worked as the strategic and digital lead across the entire platform.

My role included positioning, structure, website design and development, content strategy, SEO foundations, and campaign planning & execution. Rather than treating each website as an isolated project, we approached the work as a connected system which was designed to capture demand from multiple angles while remaining coherent and trustworthy.

This was long-term work, shaped and reshaped as the business evolved.

The Work

The work unfolded in phases.

We began by building fasaderehabilitering.no as a central platform, supported by complementary sites such as fredetbygg.no and murmesterne.no, each targeting distinct search behaviors and informational needs.

Alongside design and development, I worked on:

  • Content structure and editorial strategy

  • Ongoing SEO improvements

  • Blog publishing to build authority over time

  • Campaign planning and execution

  • Email communication and subscriber activation

As the business context changed, including the acquisition of Pussmester AS by Corteco, the platform was restructured to clearly show who stood behind it. Logos, ownership, and responsibility were made explicit, reinforcing trust and legitimacy.

The platform expressed itself through multiple entry points, each designed for a specific intent.

fasaderehabilitering.no

Facade renovation entry platform

  • The central demand capture platform for facade renovation projects. Designed to connect property owners with qualified facade specialists, while clearly communicating ownership, responsibility, and trust.

pussmester.no

Primary company presence and service hub

  • The primary digital presence for Pussmester AS. Serves as the company’s authoritative brand surface, supporting credibility, recruitment, and long-term client relationships.

fredetbygg.no

Educational resource for protected buildings

  • An educational resource focused on renovation of protected and heritage buildings. Built to inform, build trust, and guide complex renovation inquiries toward the broader platform.

murmesterne.no

Specialist masonry services entry point

  • A specialist entry point for masonry-related services. Captures search intent specific to skilled masonry work while remaining connected to the wider system.

What Changed

The platform shifted from being a collection of websites to a coherent, credible system.

By clarifying ownership and intent, the sites began to function as trusted entry points rather than anonymous surfaces. Conversion improved as a consequence of structure and clarity. Not cosmetic changes.

The work evolved alongside the organization, without requiring reinvention.

Outcome

Today, the platform functions as a durable digital infrastructure supporting ongoing renovation requests across multiple specialties.

It demonstrates how trust, clarity, and long-term stewardship matter more than quick wins, especially in industries where credibility is critical.
