Oslo Bad og Flis AS is an Oslo-based company specializing in bathroom renovation, tiling, and interior finishing. The company was newly established when we began working together and needed a clear, credible digital presence to enter a competitive market.
The Situation
Oslo Bad og Flis was starting from zero.
They had no existing brand, no website, and no digital footprint. At the same time, they were entering a market where trust, clarity, and professionalism matter deeply. Customers are not looking for experimentation. They are looking for confidence, reliability, and clear communication.
The challenge was not just to create a website, but to establish legitimacy from day one.
My Role
I worked as the strategic and digital lead for the company’s launch.
My role covered positioning, messaging, structure, and website design and development. I collaborated closely with a graphic designer to develop a complete visual identity, including logo, color palette, and typography, while leading the strategic and content direction of the site.
All messaging was developed in close dialogue with Oslo Bad og Flis, grounding the digital presence in how they actually work, what they deliver, and how they want to be perceived.
